Dispute Resolution Support for Pubs
Dispute Resolution Support
Engaging in disputes will divert valuable resources and time away from your objectives. This could manifest itself in stunted business growth, prohibit expansion and delay success. Dispute avoidance and early resolution is the first step and will ensure that costs are managed and contained as far as possible and that a cost/benefit analysis of any course of action is thoroughly explored before you engage in ADR, Adjudication, Arbitration or Litigation in all UK Courts
Pub Claims Information Form
Pub Claims Information Form is for the exclusive use of publicans. If you are not a publican please stop reading, and do not take any further part. Otherwise you may be exposing yourself to legal liabilities.
Samuel Okoronkwo, Head of Chambers at Mercantile Barristers is the barrister representing independent publicans in the legal claims brought against them. He is supported by Mercantile Barristers Independent Publicans Legal Support Unit.
In order to present the best possible case for the publicans and be able to prevent future similar claims against publicans, Samuel Okoronkwo and the publicans’ legal support unit at Mercantile Barristers require full information on all legal claims received by publicans whether or not those claims have already been settled.
To assist with this mission, please complete the Pub Claim Information Form below.
